I’m not looking to take on every project that crosses my desk, and I’m certainly not chasing volume. I prefer to work with owners and developers who share a common standard: a deep respect for the craft, a commitment to quality, and a shared vision for what a project can become when it’s done right.

- Strategic Allocation: I focus on finding the hidden opportunities to save money in one area so we can redeploy those funds where they actually matter—maximizing value, efficiency, overall aesthetic appeal, and long-term durability.
The Standard
